Business etiquette goes far beyond not belching in the boardroom. It’s about projecting an image of professionalism and credibility. You will learn how to develop and sharpen your business communication skills with the purpose of enhancing your professional image and “promotability.” This course looks at all aspects of your business image — from body language and dress to meeting etiquette and conflict management with coworkers.

Hi! I’m Vicki Kunkel and I’ll be surfing along with you through the Business Etiquette course. You’ll learn all the important dos and don’ts of business etiquette. Having owned my own business for over seven years, I’ve made a few etiquette bloopers along the way. So, I’ll share with you my experiences, as well as ways that I’ve found to be the most effective in putting your best foot forward in almost any business situation.
